This demo shows how to generate document in ScaleRichView editor.

It contains function for generating main document (containing tables and tabs), headers (different for the first page and the rest of pages), footer (for the first page).
Additionally, it contains function inserting the same content in the main document as an editing operation (insertion in the caret position, undoable).
