Example of how to use SRVSkinManager

Hello,
I'm trying to use the ActionTest.dproj using SRVSkinManager but there is no example of how to do.
Anyone done this?

There is a single example, Demos\ActionTestTabs\
SRVSkinManager is used for scrollbars of SRichViewEdit and for SRVTabSet.
