TRVCamera and OnStartVideoStream

Hi experts,
I started a demo for an IP camera with rtsp capabilities and wrote a small program for displaying the rtsp stream using gstreamer. Everything works fine.
When analysing the event features I recognized several event triggers on "StartvideoStream?
So I expected to get one trigger only?
Does anybody know why the trigger is behaving like this?
Suggestions are highly appreciated!
