Spellchecker: Red lines are messed up

Ich switched von RV18.6 to 19.3 and some of my clients experienced graphical errors in the painting of the red lines when a word is misspelled. The red lines a cluttered all over the RV-Component mostly starting from the upper left corner. I am not having this effect on my development machine.
I am using DX10.4.2.
I went back to RV18.6 and everything is fine now, but sooner or later I want to go to a current version of RV.
