Unable to Print RichView files on new printers

Hi,
Weird problem...
We are running an application that was developed in Delphi, called Communicare, and it generates a RichView file for printing.
We have recently upgraded our printers and none of them will print RichView files, even if we use the same drivers as the older printers. The old printers still work.
Why? How can we resolve this?
