This method returns not a lines count but document items count (the same as

ItemCount). It was not removed because of backward compatibility.

As for lines count, use

MyRichView.GetLineNo(MyRichView.ItemCount-1,

MyRichView.GetOffsAfterItem(MyRichView.ItemCount-1))
