Wrong LangId in resources

Resources in .res files shipped with RichView have LangId set to russian (1049).

This is wrong, if my application, for example in english.

So LangId must be set to english, or even better to neutral language (LANG_NEUTRAL,

SUBLANG_NEUTRAL) in future RichView releases.
