<P> adds interparagraph spacing, <DIV> does not.

I assumed that usually TRichView documents do not have large spacing between

paragraphs and used <DIV>. But, as you noticed, there is a global variable

allowing to change it.

CSS version always uses <P> (and it defines spacing explicitly)
