There are still unclear things.

For example, how was StreamTopHeader filled in?

There is an important note: Cell.LoadRVFFromStream does not work with styles

saved in RVF, so both the source and the destination must be linked to the

same RVStyle.

This may be a reason for this problem.

Can you create a project reproducing this problem (as simple as possible)

and send it to me? I'll fix it and send it back.
