Although I'ld love to have a good html import/export function,

I don't think it's very meaningfull to create another html-editor.


I think most of us create dedicated applications,

which, in general,

only requires a very limited set of html capabilities

and a lot of other capabilities.

I'm too building a number of applications, which use RVE as viewer /

editor of mainly html docs. After first defining what my html needs

were, then sligthly modifying the html-importer + CSS importer, I've now

a "perfect" html editor, in the sense that it fullfills all my needs.


The orginally designers of the html-importer seems to have vanished from

earth. If I remember well Sergey had plans to embed the html-importer in

RV, but I don't think it has a high priority. So try to make a deal with

Sergey.
