Main changes:

• compatibility with RAD Studio XE4 (32-bit and 64-bit VCL);
• export to DocX (Microsoft Word document) files;
• smooth scaling of images;
• font quality (antialiasing) settings;
• [RichViewActions] translation of the user interface to a new language: Armenian;
• [ScaleRichView] optimized redrawing.
