Possible some cell border are different other table's cells.

Hi;
I need to change some of table cell border different other table's cells.
Example: I have a table which is 3 column and 5 line (3 x 5).
I need first column and second column first line cell's border's width. ([1,1] ;[2,1] )
Now the border's width change all of table's cell's border.
Is it possible?
How can I do it?

PS : I run D7 Enterprise with latest version of trichview and tscalerichview.
